I am a Professional Artist here in San Angelo, TX. I create visual art, landscapes, animals and more; I also accept commissions. I create in Watercolor, Oil and Mixed Media. I create Grounded in Realism with my signature Impressionistic Style. My artwork can be used to create Gallery Wrapped Canvas Prints, Fine Art Prints and Wearable Art. I can create a Branded Look in your Home or Office by assembling a package of Artworks from a series of paintings - a mix of Original Paintings and Prints that fit your Decor or Brand.  

On a more personal level:

My Art Adventures started after retiring in Old Mesilla, NM. Beginning with drawing instruction, then into my first love—Watercolor. Plein Air Painting ensued immediately with members from the NM Watercolor Society. Painting outdoors embeds emotion, and energy into my paintings and sharpens my “eye for both light and shadow.” It enhances my Studio work as well. I continue to Plein Air Paint when the weather permits and during our travel adventures. I have my watercolor kit with me at all times.

Craving more, my voice expanded into Oil and mixed media in the years that followed. I work in Watercolor en Plein Air and my Studio work is created in series, with the medium dictated by my the subject of the series. Commissions are accepted on a case by case basis. Additionally, I love to share my story by publishing books that contain my Adventures & Paintings. There are two books in my "Meander" series; these make great gifts.

We arrived in San Angelo in Jan. 2022. My Art Studio Shed is on site at my new home in Wilkie Downs. I hold Studio Open House events several times a year; but you are always invited and welcomed by appointment. I am available most afternoons.
