West Texas Legislative Summit

Event Details

The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, along with honorary co-hosts Congressman August Pfluger, Texas Senator Charles Perry, and Texas Representative Drew Darby, will hold its 20th Annual West Texas Legislative Summit on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. 

This year’s Summit will focus on state issues with the overarching theme of “Innovation & Certainty: West Texas Resilience and Resources Lead the Way” and will offer insight on the following topics:

  • Energy
  • Border
  • Cybersecurity/AI
  • Water

Attendees have the opportunity to engage with legislators, business leaders, panelists, sponsors, and colleagues. The Summit aims to tackle key issues and challenges specific to our region through panel discussions led by elected officials and industry experts. 


Registration Details

Early Bird Registration

Open April 18th through July 1st @ 12:00pm:

  • Summit Package: $225
  • Soiree Only: $100
  • Summit Only: $150

General Registration

Open July 1st @ 12:01pm through July 16th @ 12:00pm:

  • Summit Package: $250
  • Soiree Only: $130
  • Summit Only: $180

Registration closes July 16, 2024.


Cancelation Policy 

Cancelation Deadline: To receive a refund, cancelations must be received by 12pm on July 16, 2024. Cancelations received after Tuesday, July 16th are NON REFUNDABLE.

If you cancel before the aforementioned deadline, you can expect to receive a refund within 5-7 business days. All refunds will be issued to the original payment type.
