The West Texas Legislative Summit is an award-winning event which brings together hundreds of elected officials and business professionals from throughout West Texas. This event, usually held in August, provides a forum for West Texas community representatives to spend a day addressing our common legislative priorities.

The 17th Annual West Texas Legislative Summit will be held on August 3 and 4, 2021 with the overarching theme of “Beyond COVID-19”. Each year we rotate from a federally centered theme to a locally centered theme. This allows an opportunity for our Honorary Co-Hosts- Congressman Pfluger, Senator Perry, and State Representative Darby- to address issues from the federal or state level which directly impact our industries. The 2021 Summit will focus on federal issues and will offer insight on various topics. We will be sending out more information once preliminary topics are captured.
Name Badges: These are REQUIRED for all attendees. If you are attending multiple activities, you will be responsible for your badge throughout the entirety of the Summit. If name badges are lost, you will be charged for a replacement.
Express Badge Pick-Up: Badges will be available for Express Pick-Up at the San Angelo Visitor Center (418 West Avenue B) on August 3rd from 8:30am - 3pm.
On-Site Badge Pick-Up: If you are unable to utilize Express Badge Pick-Up, then you must check in at the venue upon arrival in order to receive your badge.
Badge Replacement: To defray costs associated with reprinting, there will be a $25 charge to replace lost or forgotten badges.
REGISTRATION CLOSES JULY 27, 2021.
Registrants will be able to make changes and substitutions to their attendee's name badges any time before July 27, 2021. Registrants who make any changes (i.e. attendee or company names) after the deadline will not be able to use Express Badge Pick-Up and will be considered a walk-in attendee*.
*Please note: If you do not register by the deadline, you will be considered a walk-in attendee. Walk-in attendees require in-person registration, and will not receive a premade name badge. Name badges for walk-ins will be printed onsite, but will only be available during specified timeslots determined by Chamber Staff.
Registrations and cancelations received after Tuesday, July 20, 2021 are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel before the aforementioned deadline, you can expect to receive a refund within 5-7 business days. All refunds will be issued to the original payment type.
